Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Concrete Estimator Hub collects, uses, and protects information when you use our public calculators, account features, saved projects, paid PDF exports, contact forms, analytics, ads, and affiliate integrations.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Account information: Name, email address, login provider, account identifiers, and session data.
Optional address: Country or region, city, street address and postal code that you choose to share, along with the time and version of your consent. These are self-reported, not verified locations. Registration and calculator use do not require an address, and this feature does not request your device location.
Saved project data: Calculator type, project title, calculator inputs, calculator results, notes, and timestamps.
Payment data: Customer identifiers, subscription or purchase status, price identifiers, checkout session identifiers, and billing status from the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage and device data: Pages visited, events, browser, device, approximate location, IP address, referrers, and similar diagnostic data.
Contact information: Name, email, and message content you send through contact forms or support channels.

Google sign-in is optional. Public calculators can be used without an account. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile-picture URL when provided. We use this information to create or link your Concrete Estimator Hub account, identify you when you sign in, and provide access to saved projects and paid account features. We do not receive your Google password.

This website's Google sign-in requests the openid, email, and profile permissions. These permissions do not give this website access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, or Google Ads account. Google processes the sign-in request under its own Privacy Policy.

The sign-in response can also include an access token, an ID token, and, if Google supplies it, a refresh token. Our authentication system stores the returned tokens, linked-account identifiers, granted permissions, and token-expiry information with account records in Cloudflare D1. These are authentication records, distinct from calculator inputs and from advertising cookies.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide public calculators and account features
Save, list, delete, and export your projects
Verify paid access for PDF exports
Process payments and support billing
Improve calculator accuracy, site performance, and user experience
Monitor abuse, fraud, security, and technical issues
Measure use of public pages and workflows through self-hosted Traks and configured Google and Microsoft measurement tools
Operate ads and affiliate links when configured

Analytics and Usage Measurement

We use self-hosted Traks website analytics to understand how public pages and calculators are used and to identify navigation, interaction, and technical problems. Measurements can include page paths and the site hostname, referring page URLs, campaign tags, screen or viewport dimensions, browser language, randomly generated session and page identifiers, time spent viewing a page, scrolling, calculator and form interaction outcomes, and clicked download or external-link URLs.

Traks and the site's page-interaction measurements use browser session storage to relate page views and actions within a visit. These randomly generated analytics identifiers are separate from Google sign-in credentials and account records. A browser session ending is not a promise that collected analytics records have been deleted.

The site's configured measurement integrations also include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and Microsoft Clarity. Which tags run depends on enabled features, page and browser settings. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process usage and device information under Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and related infrastructure services. Account features use Better Auth and optional Google sign-in. The analytics integrations described above and Google AdSense support usage measurement and advertising when enabled; Google Search Console provides search performance reports. Payment and support communications use providers such as Stripe, Creem, Waffo, Resend, or Cloudflare Email when the corresponding service is enabled. These providers may process data according to their own policies; the presence of an available integration does not mean every provider is used for every visit or transaction.

Advertising and Personalized Ads

When Google AdSense or another third-party advertising service is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google may use these technologies to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, manage frequency, and provide personalized or non-personalized advertising according to the settings and consent choices available for the visitor's region.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. You can also learn more about Google's advertising privacy controls at aboutads.info.

Where required, we will use a consent message and regional privacy controls before requesting personalized advertising. You can change your consent choices through the controls provided on the site or by contacting us.

Data Storage

Saved projects, account records, linked Google sign-in records, and payment-access records are stored in Cloudflare D1, the site's database. Payment status records are stored so paid features can be unlocked. Local session records include a session token, IP address, browser user agent, and creation, update, and expiry timestamps to support signed-in access and authentication security. Public calculator usage does not require login, but analytics, advertising, and affiliate tools may still collect usage data if configured.

Data Security

Optional address details are visible in the application only to you and the designated site owner for account support. Other customers and administrator accounts are not permitted to view them. We do not publish, sell, or use these details for marketing. Our database and hosting providers process them as part of operating the service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

We keep account, linked sign-in, saved project, and payment records as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local sign-in sessions are configured to expire after seven days and may renew during active use. A session or Google token expiring does not automatically delete your site account, linked-account records, or saved data.

Your Account and Data Choices

You can sign out of the site to end the current local sign-in session. You can change your local display name in Settings > Profile and delete individual saved projects from your account. These actions do not change your Google profile or delete your Google account.

You can review or remove the Google sign-in connection through your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not automatically delete information already stored by Concrete Estimator Hub or end a local session that you previously created. Sign out on this site as well if you want to end that session.

Self-service account deletion is not currently enabled on this site. For account deletion or other data requests, contact support. We review requests subject to applicable obligations; this policy does not promise immediate removal from every system or backup.

You can edit or delete your optional address in Settings > Profile. Deletion removes it from the active application database; backups may retain prior data until their normal retention period expires. You can also request deletion through our contact page. Deleting an account removes its address record.
