Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Concrete Calculator Hub, including public concrete calculators, account features, saved projects, and paid PDF exports. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Calculators and Estimates

The calculators provide material planning estimates only. They are not structural engineering, building-code, permit, safety, bid, tax, legal, or professional construction advice. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, supplier yield data, local code requirements, jobsite conditions, and any professional review needed for your project.

Free Tools

Public calculators are available without login. We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue calculators at any time.

Accounts and Saved Projects

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. Saved projects are stored under your account and may include calculator inputs, results, titles, notes, and timestamps.

Paid Exports

PDF report export is a paid feature. Access is granted through an active paid subscription, trialing subscription, or completed lifetime purchase recorded by our payment provider. Prices, features, and plan names may change, but completed transactions will be handled according to the plan purchased and applicable payment-provider rules.

Payments

Payments are processed by the configured payment provider, such as Stripe or Creem. We do not store full card numbers. Subscription cancellations are handled through the billing portal and are normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Lifetime access is a one-time final upgrade and does not support downgrade.

Refund requests must be submitted through support and may be processed through the payment provider. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case according to the purchased plan, usage, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. We do not promise automatic refunds inside the application checkout flow.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Use calculator output as a substitute for required professional review

Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, attack the platform, or create legal or security risk.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate for your jobsite, supplier, code jurisdiction, or construction method. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
